How to Get a Corporate Software Quotation in Bangladesh
Slow software purchasing is usually caused by an incomplete request, not a slow supplier. Five details turn a week of back-and-forth into a same-day quotation.
The five details every quote needs
Without these, a supplier has to assume — and assumptions produce quotes you cannot compare.
- Exact product and edition (e.g. Creative Cloud All Apps, not 'Adobe')
- Number of seats or devices
- Licence term (1 year, 3 years, perpetual)
- Legal entity name and BIN for invoicing
- Required delivery date
Ask for the paperwork upfront
State that you require a BIN-linked invoice in BDT and a Mushak 6.3 VAT challan. Suppliers who cannot provide them will exclude themselves at this stage rather than after payment.
Compare on total cost, not sticker price
A three-year term, included support tier, and provisioning speed change the real cost more than the headline number. Ask each supplier to state term, support and delivery time explicitly.
Confirm the licence lands in your account
Genuine licences appear in your own publisher admin console — Adobe Admin Console, Microsoft 365 admin centre, Autodesk Account. If a supplier offers to hold the account for you, that is a red flag.
